SmarterGig is a platform that connects users with financial opportunities including cashback programs, discounted services, supplemental income options, and related offers. We act as an information and referral service; we do not guarantee any specific outcome or earnings.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS messages, you consent to receive automated text messages from SmarterGig at the phone number you provide. Approximately 4–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
You represent that you are the subscriber or regular user of the phone number you provide and that you have the authority to consent to receive text messages at that number.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
- Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
6. Third-Party Offers
Some opportunities on our platform are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the terms, quality, or availability of third-party products or services. Your participation in any third-party offer is subject to that party's own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMARTERGIG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
